· Proposed/won 4 Commercial proposals valued at $4.5M in support of GNSS commercialization.

· Managed 16 engineers, responsible for contract deliverables such as budgets, reports, and invoicing.

· Capture and proposal lead; evaluated PWin based on proposal risks and mitigations in sections L/M.

· Developed and implemented capture plan for new business proposals and task order re-competes.

· Mentored Team through proposal development to integrate work assignments, develop project schedules, budgets and plans, managed team, finances, and facilities to achieve the proposal objectives.

· Led a major knowledge management contract for the United States Space Force’s Enterprise Ground Station deployment of Platform One, a $500K /year contract supporting 750 stakeholders, ensuring 98% of SLA KPIs were met.

· Turned around a major lagging portion of the SLA contract by identifying opportunities to reduce the average onboarding time from 2 weeks to < 24 hours and to decrease overall labor costs by $250K via platform optimizations.
